Ethereal Connection: Art in the Absence of Faces

The long weekend has started, so make the best of it.

Recently, I have been practicing painting portraits. I am still far from correctly performed work, but as they say, "practice makes perfect".

Today, however, I was unable to paint any face, I already missed something else. Only yesterday evening I was going to paint Salvador Dali, but when I was pulling out the canvas, I found an old stretcher, on which I had tried something, but it did not work out, and I smeared everything so that the background was just as shown in today's painting. Even then I knew that I would paint exactly what you see today on it. But the moment had to come, which is today.
